Our client licenses pharmaceutical dossiers of their own products and those of partners in the global market. They thereby focus on generic and niche products, create added value for existing pharmaceutical products and develop their own dossiers. They are a respected partner in the pharmaceutical industry and hold a GMP and GDP license. Their passionate team of experts is focused on making the connection between the needs of the client and the necessary pharmaceutical dossiers and products. If they don't yet have the desired dossier in their portfolio, they will investigate the possibility of developing it themselves, or will initiate the development in close collaboration with strategic partners. The products are launched under the names of their clients after successfully licensing and registering the dossiers with the various authorities. Job DescriptionThey are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Legal Counsel to oversee the drafting, review, negotiation of the legal parts of the agreements, and administration of commercial and legal agreements within the pharma industry.
This role also includes ensuring compliance, transparency, and optimal contractual terms.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents, including but not to limited to license and supply agreements of pharmaceutical products, agency agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and development agreements.
- Manage the full life cycle of contracts: preparation, renewal, amendment, and termination.
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws which are valid for pharmaceuticals (you will closely work together with management/regulatory/quality GMP/GDP), regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contractual terms.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on contract interpretation, obligations, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure timely execution and renewal of contracts.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records, documents, and database.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field; professional legal certification is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial contracting.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial law, and compliance frameworks is a must have.
- Proven experience in contract management, legal advisory, commercial agreements within the pharma industry is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and drafting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English.

- Salary between EUR65.000 - EUR75.000 on a full time contract (40 hours)
