PurposeIn this role, you will oversee financial planning and analysis for operations, manufacturing and supply chain in Europe. Your role is pivotal in driving strategic insights, supporting operational decision‑making and ensuring financial rigor across the supply chain and production landscape. You manage a geographically dispersed team and work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. A key focus will be advancing the maturity of the function in areas such as performance management and planning capabilities, while providing strategic support throughout the organization’s growth cycle and ensuring the effective deployment of capital.
How can you help us?- Lead the FP&A activities for Operations, Manufacturing and Supply-Chain including planning (budgeting and forecasting), performance management (reporting, analysis and variance commentary), business partnering as well as projects and investments
- Manage and develop a team of four FTE’s (two direct reports onshore, dotted‑line reports: one onshore and one offshore), fostering collaboration and accountability across locations
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing and Supply-Chain Leadership to provide financial insights that drive efficiency, cost optimization and performance
- Own and enhance reporting and planning processes and tools, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial data
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, leveraging ERP tools and developed models
- Strategic support across scaling or growth projects and/or initiatives, including capacity expansion, optimization or inorganic growth (M&A)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
- Further development, standardize and mature the existing reporting framework and analytical capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or accounting - advanced finance degree/MBA preferred
- 10+ years of proven experience in FP&A, with a minimum of 5 in manufacturing or operations environment, and 5 managing a team
- Strong technical financial acumen, with deep understanding of cost accounting, supply chain finance and operational KPI’s
- Proficiency in advanced modelling, M&A integration, infrastructure investments and growing the organization
- Proven experience in driving and/or supporting strategic decision‑making and goal‑setting initiatives, leading business improvement projects, and collaborating effectively within international teams
- Strong communication skills (English required, French a strong plus)
- Willingness to travel for business, mainly in Europe
- One‑year contract, with the expectation of a permanent contract following successful completion
