What You Will Do- Lead the HR Service Delivery group and manage the portfolio of services for the Netherlands and across the group.
- Establish and maintain digital HR services, HR data infrastructure, and the Employee Journey.
- Standardise and continuously improve HR service delivery policies and processes for all countries.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics to deliver complex HR data analyses and actionable insights.
- Manage implementation of HR data requirements for annual reports and risk reporting.
- Lead transformational projects, including new HR system implementations and change management initiatives.
- Support absence management and employability to reduce illness and encourage sustainable employability.
- Champion development of your team, providing coaching, training, and growth opportunities.
- Results‑oriented leadership, influencing and driving positive change.
- Empathy, integrity, and the ability to inspire and support your team.
- A culture of learning agility and empowerment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build connections with colleagues and partners.
- Leadership experience with group‑level responsibility.

- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
