The RoleAs a Client Director, you will be responsible for managing and strategically expanding large‑scale client portfolios and key strategic accounts. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will drive high‑level business growth, long‑term strategic partnerships, and commercial innovation for GoSpooky. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure our clients’ biggest opportunities are realized, while fostering a culture of excellence across client‑facing teams.
What you’ll do- Define and execute strategic growth roadmaps for large client portfolios
- Commercially lead tier 1 Client Unit, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Lead comprehensive business reviews and ensure alignment across high‑value accounts
- Oversee strategic prioritization of new business opportunities and complex negotiations
- Manage executive‑level escalations, maintaining stakeholder alignment and resolution
- Identify and pursue commercial innovation opportunities, staying ahead of market trends
- Establish and maintain executive‑level relationships within client organizations
- Proven experience managing large client portfolios and strategic accounts in an agency environment
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving net revenue growth
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive‑level relationship experience
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans
- Experienced mentor and leader capable of developing senior client team members
- Skilled in complex negotiations, quotations, and statements of work
- Passionate about delivering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
