About the Role

As a Global SEA Team Lead, you will take responsibility for the strategic growth and operational excellence of search activities across multiple key accounts and international markets. Reporting into senior leadership, you will work closely with cross-regional teams to define and deliver high-impact search strategies, while ensuring best practices, innovative approaches and measurable results.

You will act as a trusted adviser to senior clients and internal stakeholders, guiding decision-making, setting strategic direction and driving execution excellence. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where your insights, experience and communication skills will shape how search contributes to broader marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of search specialists to deliver best-in-class planning, optimization and reporting.
• Support strategic search planning and execution across multiple markets and platforms.
• Supervise campaign delivery, optimization and performance evaluation to ensure excellence from setup through to reporting and financial management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, presenting strategy, insights and recommendations confidently.
• Stay ahead of media platform developments, testing new solutions and advising clients on innovative opportunities.
• Collaborate with programmatic, social and digital teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across channels.
• Represent search expertise in pitches and new business initiatives when appropriate.
• Support partner management with external media partners to enhance campaign quality and knowledge sharing.

Who You Are

• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience within a digital agency, specifically in the field of PPC.
• Experience in running multi-market/region campaigns is a bonus.
• Thorough knowledge of Google Ads and/or Bing Ads, and in-depth experience and understanding of PPC across all major vendors and platforms.
• Insight into web analytics, particularly Google Analytics.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with campaign and bid management software, combined with strong analytical skills, good numerical insight, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Experience in leading client meetings.
