Job DescriptionThe Financial Controller will join an established international team of finance professionals responsible for delivering accurate, high-quality reporting. In this role, the successful candidate will oversee the integrity of monthly actuals, manage general ledger activities, and ensure financial data is processed correctly and on time. The position also involves supporting statutory reporting, preparing month-end deliverables, and assisting with external audits. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and other monthly accounting activities.
- Perform and validate balance sheet reconciliations and supporting P&L documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and document new procedures.
- Investigate accounting discrepancies and propose effective solutions.
- Support external audit requirements and statutory reporting obligations.
- Contribute to strengthening the internal control framework.
- Assist with special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across several countries.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience; audit background is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with large data sets (Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA preferred.
