Job Description- Review marketing campaign results with CRM marketer to identify potential prospects
- Respond to emails and manage communications with interested companies
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to present DISA's services
- Perform outbound acquisition calls based on leads from marketing and acquisition tools
- Schedule appointments and advise companies on employment screening solutions
- Participate in advanced sales discussions with prospects, addressing contract and GDPR-related questions in collaboration with Privacy Counsel
- Draft and finalize agreements for clients preparing to start screening
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on client onboarding
- Maintain and update Salesforce with relevant sales and client information
- Nuture and develop the team of Account Executives in both Amsterdam and Stockholm
- At least 7 years of experience in new business within internationally oriented organizations
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's or Master's level)
- Experience in HR, Recruitment, and/or SaaS solutions
- Comfortable in a dynamic scale-up environment
- Proven leadership experience (e.g., as a team lead or mentor)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills at C-level
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Results-driven, analytical, and communicative
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
