Payroll Representative for Germany at Dow Terneuzen

This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with local legislation, company policies, and agreed labor conditions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, resolving payroll issues and contributing to a best-in-class employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Payroll, Time & Absence, and Data Management efficiently and accurately.
• Process payroll information with confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Ensure timely and correct payments to employees and local authorities.
• Perform activities according to Dow internal control and compliance frameworks.
• Address employee payroll queries in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support process improvements and collaborate across functions and cultures.
