Play a key role in our next chapter of growthAs our Director of Paid Search, you will be the strategic and innovative force behind our entire Paid Search offering. You will be responsible for elevating our strategic product to the highest level, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional results for some of the biggest and most ambitious companies.
You will act as a lead advisor to our clients and work closely with other strategic directors to ensure our solutions remain best in class.
Key responsibilities- Development, optimisation, and execution of clients’ paid search strategies
- Elevating Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and App campaigns while managing significant budgets and performance across multiple European markets
- Providing strategic and business‑oriented sparring to clients, focusing on their needs, goals, and challenges
- Proactively supporting and leading new business opportunities
- Analyzing campaign performance both short‑ and long‑term
- Collaborating with client services on campaign set‑up and optimisation strategies
- Working strategically with other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to digital marketing
In our Amsterdam office, you’ll be part of a team made up of specialists across various digital marketing areas such as Paid Search, SEO, Content, and Paid Social. You will also join our international Paid Social team, working alongside industry experts focused on continuously improving our services and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Our office is located in the heart of Amsterdam, giving you easy access to public transport and plenty of great spots for coffee and lunch.

- 8+ years of deep, expert‑level Paid Search knowledge (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, etc.)
- Proven experience as the lead strategist for big, complex, multi‑market accounts
- Strong commercial skills – you’re comfortable with new business pitching and client growth
- A strong growth mindset and a natural drive to get better every day, actively seeking out new knowledge and sharing your own
