We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Associate based in our Utrecht HQ.
The Marketing Associate is a hybrid creative and operational role that supports the planning, execution, and amplification of community, event, content, and brand marketing initiatives. You will coordinate campaigns, support creative production, and ensure consistent brand execution across channels.
Some of your core responsibilities:- Assist with community and brand management initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the brand designer to ensure the timely delivery of design assets for various marketing campaigns
- Create, schedule, and publish social media posts for LinkedIn and Reddit
- Track social media performance, analyse metrics, and implement improvements
- Support event logistics, including material ordering, communication with stakeholders and vendors, and driving attendance
- Create and update campaign‑related landing pages to support demand generation KPIs
- Experience in marketing operations, communications, or social media management
- Affinity and energy for graphic design, visual branding, and creative production
- Exposure to multiple marketing areas: content, events, campaigns, and social media
- Background working in B2B marketing environments
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Feels comfortable managing multiple deadlines and parallel projects
- Experience in software, finance, or business operations industries
- Exposure to tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and webinar platforms
- Quarterly performance‑based bonus.
