About the role:As a Global Sales Manager (GSM) Defense you are creating new opportunities at new customers by leveraging existing knowledge and network. You will play a key part in expanding Prodrive’s reach within the Defense industry. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing cross-business line collaboration and defining Prodrive’s value proposition in the Defense market.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with stakeholders such as global OEMs, strategic (Dutch) partners, government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Defense), and non-governmental organizations (e.g., lobby organizations)
- Actively participate in networking events and build out the Prodrive brand in the Defense sector
- Perform competitor analysis, map their positioning, and identify unique selling points (USPs) in the defense industry
- Win defense business, acting as the primary point of contact until project handover
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to align customer solutions and ensure successful project proposals
- Organize updates and workshops to keep customers informed of our strategy and maintain a strong network at potential customers
