Product Owner

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to take ownership of a fast-growing SaaS platform, and make a meaningful impact in the HR tech industry.

We are looking for a skilled and driven Product Owner to join our product & technology team. In this role, you’ll own Dialog’s core product and work closely with a dedicated development team to translate customer needs and strategic goals into powerful product solutions.

You’ll work alongside the Head of Product, UX, Development, and other stakeholders and users to refine the roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and guide the team through iterative delivery. Your main focus is to ensure we are building the right things—at the right time—for maximum customer and business value.

• Own the product backlog and ensure it’s refined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Translate the product vision and strategy into clear user stories and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with your development team to deliver high-impact product increments.
• Engage with customers and internal users to validate ideas and solutions.
• Work with UX and other POs to ensure consistency and quality across the platform.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
• Contribute to product discovery, quarterly planning, and long-term roadmap development.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of agile product development practices.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (tech, UX, business).
• A user- and value-driven mindset with a bias toward action.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up setting.
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch.
• Based in the Netherlands, ideally around Utrecht.
