As a German-speaking Sales Team Lead, you'll drive the SDR DACH team, generating valuable leads and coaching team members to achieve targets.
Lead and onboard new colleagues, conduct 1:1 sessions, train the team, and report progress to the Head of Sales while enhancing team performance.
A minimum of 3 years in customer-facing sales, strong German and English skills, a proven track record, and experience in coaching and using CRM tools.
The position is based in Barcelona with full remote options, allowing you to work from abroad for up to two months per year.

As a Sales Development Representative Team Lead you are the voice of Sensorfact, play an essential part in acquiring new customers and get the team ready for the next level. You will be responsible for generating valuable leads that will convert to long‑term, excited customers and help the team achieve their target.
Responsibilities- Lead and onboard new colleagues, conduct 1:1 sessions, train the team and report progress to the Head of Sales while enhancing team performance.
- Drive the SDR DACH team, generating valuable leads and coaching team members to achieve targets.
- Reach out to potential high volume customers via phone, email or video call.
- Convert high quality leads generated through our marketing programs.
- A minimum of 3 years in customer-facing sales.
- Strong German and English skills.
- A proven track record and experience in coaching.
- Experience using CRM tools.
