About the jobWe’re looking for a Head of Ticket Sales to own and grow corporate attendance across both events.
This includes scaling:
DPW Amsterdam: 700 → 1,250 corporate attendees
DPW New York: 350 → 700 corporate attendees
This is a player–coach position: part leadership, part hands‑on selling. You’ll lead a small inside‑sales team, build and run the sales engine, and personally execute high‑quality outreach and closing. The sales motion is digital‑first, writing‑led, and driven by personalised, human touchpoints.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and events to align messaging, campaigns, and attendee experience.
What you’ll do- Own corporate attendee revenue for both DPW conferences
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 sales reps
- Personally prospect, qualify, and close senior corporate attendees
- Build the sales playbook, KPIs, and outreach frameworks
- Create a high‑performance rhythm (stand‑ups, weekly reviews, pipeline discipline)
- Maintain clean forecasting and CRM hygiene in HubSpot
- Partner with marketing on campaigns and audience growth
- Represent DPW onsite at Amsterdam & NYC
- Strong pipeline momentum within 60 days
- Repeatable sales system running smoothly by 90 days
- Team hitting weekly KPIs consistently
- Amsterdam and NYC attendee numbers trending to targets
- Clear improvements in outreach quality, messaging, and conversion
- Inside sales experience, attendee sales, or SDR/BDR leadership
- Proven experience leading and coaching a sales team
- Exceptional writing skills and personalised outreach ability
- Strong operator who builds systems, process, and accountability
- Expert in email‑first and digital‑first outreach
- Strong collaborator with marketing and events
- Comfortable with HubSpot and modern sales tools (including AI)
- Hands‑on, energetic, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- High‑impact commercial leadership role
