For our client, a dominant player in the corporate services industry in Amsterdam, we are looking for a talented Manager Company Lawyer - Corporate Services.

As a Company Lawyer - Corporate Services, you will have the opportunity to be an active contributor to our global team. Your responsibilities will be diverse, working with and advising international clients. The position combines individual ownership with shared team responsibility in a dynamic work environment. • Strategically advising our clients and potential clients. You will analyze and interpret documents, regulations, and procedures related to our clients’ legal and fiscal opportunities.
• Evaluating our integrated products and solutions, as well as setting up and managing corporate and private legal structures.
• Acting as an intermediary between all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Participating as a core team member and helping maintain our reputation as a proactive provider in trust and corporate services.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Dutch Corporate, Fiscal, Notary, or Private Law, with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience.
