Employment agency Manpower is looking for several employees to work in the warehouse at Søstrene Grene in Venlo.

You are responsible for a safe and efficient process of goods receipt, storage, and shipping. You help supply stores and fulfill online orders.
Your workday includes:

• Receiving, checking, and storing stock
• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Stock checks and inventories
• Operating warehouse equipment (forklift if certified)
• Driving the reach truck is not a standard part of your duties, but it may occur if necessary.

Note that the start date of this position is January 14, 2026.

Working hours
In this position, you work day shifts. You start at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM  this will be determined later in consultation. You can indicate your preference, but the final schedule depends on staffing. The workday lasts 8.5 hours; your exact finishing time will be arranged later.

In the long term, you will mainly be working in the morning shift.

Training and onboarding
Before you start, you follow a two-week onboarding and training program. During this period:

• You get to know the way of working at Søstrene Grene and the safety rules
• You learn everything needed to do your work independently and correctly
• You meet your new colleagues, so you are well prepared to start
