As a Senior Quality System Specialist, you will be the highest-level expert within the Quality Systems team. You will take ownership of selected quality systems, lead implementation projects, and act as a mentor to your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as system owner for selected quality systems, including defining procedures and ensuring effective implementation.
- Lead and participate in both small and large-scale improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. GMP, HALAL).
- Provide expert guidance on quality principles and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain structure and support routine tasks to ensure system integrity.
- Manage stakeholders across local and global teams.
- Support audit readiness and follow-up activities.
- Develop and deliver training within your area of expertise.

- Salary: Starting from €4,000 per month
- Four-weekly salary payment
- Flexible working hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Holiday allowance: 8% of annual salary

- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- You have 5+ years of experience in a quality function
- You are familiar with industry regulations and guidelines
- You have strong analytical skills and a systematic approach
- You have experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
- You are fluent in English and communicate professionally in Dutch
