Your responsibilities as an operator involve:

• Setting up, operating, and managing machines to produce parts or build cabinets.
• Determining the optimal production sequence and evaluating production statistics.
• Continuously monitoring and adjusting processes to prevent issues.
• Guaranteeing product quality during manufacturing or assembly.
• Performing basic maintenance and assisting the technical team with additional maintenance duties.

• Skills equivalent to mbo level 2.
• You're highly proactive.
• Overtime until production finishes is acceptable.
• You focus on detail and quality.
