Due to business expansion, GOFO is offering an opportunity for the position of Procurement Specialist in our office located in Amsterdam.
Tasks
- Execute daily and project-based procurement to ensure sufficient and timely material supply.
- Communicate with suppliers for quotation, price comparison, and order follow-up.
- Manage contracts, invoices, and payment processes in coordination with the finance team.
- Maintain supplier information, performance records, and procurement data.
- Support process optimization and ensure compliance in procurement operations.
Requirements
- Must have valid work authorization in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available).
- Must hold a valid driving license.
- Relevant educational background and 1–3 years of experience in procurement or supplier management.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Familiar with Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee, SAP).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.
