Your assignment
As the team leader, you are also responsible to monitor your man-hours budget and ensure that yourHFB is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers at all times.
• Leading your HFB area, you are to oversee the general maintenance of area and strong
commercial basics level
• Support the efficient working of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued success
of the IKEA Concept
• Your working base is the shop floor where you lead by example every day, supporting, challenging
and coaching co-workers.
• You are passionate about the IKEA products in your shop. You create a high level of knowledge
about the products' features and benefits, and share this with customers and your team.
