As a Customer Coordinator, supporting the in-store customer experience team, you will:• Oversee day-to-day operations that are assigned by the Team Leader, including opening and/or closing duties for the unit which also include key and alarm code responsibilities.
• Troubleshoot and apply appropriate corrective actions such as emergency and incident response, authorization, access, etc.
• Enhance the shopping journey of our visitors to IKEA by collaborating with all functions to increase co-worker competence and knowledge.
• Ensure customers receive consistent information throughout their shopping journey.
• Record information in the relevant systems to improve the customer's future shopping experience.
• Enhance customer relationships to boost sales and ensure sustained profitability by understanding IKEA's product range and services. When needed, offer alternative solutions that meet the needs of individual customers.
• Forge a team mindset centered around first time right for every customer, ensuring a positive customer journey.
• Take part in additional department responsibilities to secure the daily operation for co-workers and customers.
• Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

JOB TYPE - Permanent, Full-time, Hourly Associate
HOURS - From 34-40 hours per week (HL3) // Benefits Eligible
SHIFTS - Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance.
The hourly pay range for this role is $22.77/hr - $32.50/hr.
The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 11/18/25.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 years of related experience.• 1 year of experience in a customer service and customer-focused environment.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 22.77 USD to 32.5 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
