Wat je gaat doen As a Warehouse Administrator, you are the key link in our warehouse processes. You ensure that all administrative tasks related to the flow of goods are carried out accurately and efficiently in our ERP system (SAP). You handle incoming and outgoing goods, maintain inventory records, and monitor order statuses. In this role, you’ll also act as the main point of contact for departments such as Sales, Service, Assembly, and Production.What makes this role even more exciting? It’s not just desk work—you’ll also be actively involved on the warehouse floor. From picking orders and checking goods to preparing shipments, your responsibilities are diverse and varied. It’s the perfect mix of administrative precision and practical logistics work.

Your main tasks include:

• Registering, checking, and processing orders in SAP
• Printing, compiling, and verifying pick lists
• Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager
• Orderpicking
• Investigating and handling complaints
• Monitoring quality, speed, and efficiency throughout the process

• A gross monthly salary of €3,251 (based on a 40-hour workweek)
• A full-time role in day shifts (06:00-14:30 and 08:30-17:00)
