Responsibilities- Lead all construction, MEP delivery and installation phases, coordinating closely with design, development and operations teams.
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and risk to ensure predictable delivery of data‑centre infrastructure.
- Oversee construction quality, compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
- Select and manage engineering partners, construction‑management teams and contractors.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison across development, operations, consultants and external partners.
- Develop, optimise and implement construction strategies, tendering processes and value‑engineering initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate construction risks, maintaining focus on cost, time and production quality.
- Manage successful commissioning and hand‑over of facilities to operations teams.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in leading construction projects in data‑centre, mission‑critical or industrial environments.
- Prior experience in data‑centre construction strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Digital‑savvy with strong experience using construction‑management tools and project‑coordination systems.
- Fluent in English, Dutch, German or French (Advantage).
- €165,000 + Bonus
