What you'll need to have
You have a background in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent relevant experience.Minimum 2-4 years of leadership experience in distribution, retail, and logistics.
You have the ability to lead, inspire, and engage the team in a changing environment with a commercial focus, balancing operations, efficiency, and profitability.
You have analytical skills in understanding budget, cost, and key performance measurements used to plan, follow up, and steer the business and work on plans over several years.
Experience in applying tactical and operational thinking and implementing action plans, providing clear direction, and following up on goals.
Experience working with others, setting priorities, delegating responsibility, and giving open and honest feedback
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
