Tasks
Job description and tasks: We expect the following from our new colleague:
- That he/she prepares the ingredients for the dishes himself/herself.
- That he/she applies basic cooking techniques.
- That he/she provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card and methods.
- That he/she is responsible for stock/inventory and order management.
- That he/she supervises the assistant(s) in a professional manner.
Requirements
Your profile We are looking for a colleague with MBO 3 level working and thinking level, and someone who has knowledge of basic cooking techniques.Good communication skills in English /Dutch.
