As a CNC Lathe Operator, you’ll be part of a small, dedicated production team that manufactures unique, high-precision machine components. You’ll use your CNC turning skills to deliver top-quality parts — whether it’s single pieces or small series — and you’ll take pride in ensuring every product meets strict quality standards.You’ll also have the chance to keep learning and growing, for example by mastering Siemens CNC controls or developing new machining techniques.Your main responsibilities include:
- Machining: producing components accurately based on technical drawings.
- Programming: creating or adjusting CNC programs independently within the control system.
- Inspecting: performing precise interim and final measurements to guarantee top quality.
- Problem-solving: identifying deviations and taking immediate corrective action.
- Learning & Developing: expanding your technical skills and contributing to continuous improvement within the team. No two days are the same — every project brings new dimensions, materials, and challenges!
- Gross monthly salary €3,800 – €4,600 (based on 40 hours)

- Very good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
