As a Stock Control Officer, you are responsible for monitoring both physical stock and system records, identifying discrepancies, and providing clear insights into inventory for the warehouse and customers. You handle stock differences, process customer requests, and contribute to improvement plans to optimize stock management. You collect, analyze, and report data, ensuring that stock information is accurate, up to date, and actionable.
Your key responsibilities:
- Analyze and report inventory counts, resolving discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and update system records
- Collect data and prepare reports
- Identify and address irregularities in stock data
- Support improvement plans for stock management
Working hours:
The work times are from Monday till Saturday in two shifts:
- 06:00AM till 15:00PM
- 15:00PM till 00:00PM
After a few weeks, there is the possibility to work on weekends as well.

Wat wij vragen- Basic knowledge of logistics and MBO working/thinking level
- Good level of English, both spoken and written
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system and Microsoft Excel
- Valid certificates: EPT/Stacker, Reach Truck, OPT
- VGB and ELA certificates (upon request)
- Analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong social skills and solution-oriented mindset
