QA Officer

The QA Officer is part of the CSC Europe (EU) and Retail & America's (R&A) organization, and supports both BG's (business groups) by driving the process of compliance to local regulation and internal FrieslandCampina Standards and ways of working.
The QA sales officer is responsible for collecting and sharing asked information about our products within the BG EU or R&A with our customers. Next to that, the purpose of the QA sales team is to assure that realized products and services from our BG's are aligned with agreements that are made with our customers.
In this role you:

• Always look through eye of customers and consumers
• Build relationships and collaborate with other departments
• Remove barriers that get in the way of achieving results
• Maintain speed and quality of execution
• Customer Support

Support customer tenders on our products
Support sales with customer queries on products eg policy on sugar reduction, additives, sweeteners, palm oil, soya, allergens shelf life, storage.
Fill in and keep customer portals up to date.
Support on planning customer audits and follow up on them

• Communication on Food Safety & Quality matters with customers

This covers topics like:
Customer questionnaires
New/changed customer requirements
Certificates, Statements
Questions related to e.g. Specifications, ingredients, origin
Signals trends and shares this pro-actively within FrieslandCampina, when necessary prepares standard response
Collaborates with sites to assure efficiency and get the correct information
What we Ask

• Secondary vocational education (MBO+) or (HBO), preferable in in food technology or chemical technology;
• Has knowledge or / affinity with QA (management systems, database management, dairy products)
• Experience with SAP and customer portals are a strong advantage
• Fluently in Dutch, minimal in English, French is plus
• Relevant working experience in the food industry in a quality role
• Preferably knowledge of milk and dairy processing
• Able to work in an FMCG environment
