We're looking for a forward-thinking HR Services Manager to lead our centralized HR support functions in Amsterdam and London. In this key role, you'll manage a high-performing team delivering seamless HR services. From onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a service-first mindset that reflects our hospitality values. You'll drive process improvements like automations, champion HR tech, and be the go-to expert for complex queries and operational insight. About the role:
- Proactively and efficiently lead a team of HR Service Centre professionals
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Service Centre, ensuring timely and compliant handling of employee lifecycle processes
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work, collaborating with People Technology and HR teams to ensure processes meet the needs of hotel operations.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex or sensitive queries.
- Ensure all HR transactions and records are compliant with GDPR, employment law, and internal audit requirements.
- Support internal audits and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to Senior HR Leadership on Service Centre performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
- Ability to speak English and Dutch
- Proven experience managing an HR shared service or Service Centre, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. We are currently moving to the Dayforce system
