What are my responsibilities?
Cima is a rooftop spot with a Mexican pulse and a taste for trouble. Sunsets over the city, taptails with a Mexican twist, and bites that match the drinks.
At Cima, the kitchen is open and alive and is set right in the heart of the bar. Guests do not just taste your dishes: they see the craft, feel the energy and connect with the team behind the pass. Your presence, precision and personality are part of the rooftop experience.
As a Chef de Partie at Cima Rooftop Bar, you will be part of a dynamic team high above the city.
You will:
· Lead daily kitchen operations of your section in the kitchen.
· Ensure consistent food quality while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
· Work with bold flavours and a confident, creative approach to modern bar dining.
· Help creating inspirational guest experiences that are memorable and worth sharing.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a love for food and who brings personal style to every experience. You are always looking to explore the places one would not find in a travel guide. To be eligible for this position you…
· Can communicate in English.
· Have previous hotel, restaurant and/or kitchen experience, as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie.
· Are flexible in working different days.
· Are familiar with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
· Experience with modern Mexican cuisine would be a welcomed plus.
· Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
