As an order picker, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our logistics team by accurately collecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Over time, your role will expand, giving you the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities such as operating a reach truck. Working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our processes. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive approach will be essential for success in this position.
What You Will Do:
- Order Picking: collecting and packing orders according to specific instructions.
- Reach Truck Tasks: learning and performing reach truck operations once you have gained experience.
- Organization: storing goods safely and in an organized manner in the warehouse.
- Collaboration: working closely with the logistics team to optimize processes and maintain high standards.
- Day Shifts: parttime availability of 24 hours a week, with Friday as a mandatory workday.

Here’s what we offer to help you succeed in this role:
- A monthly salary of €3029 based on a fulltime position.
- Temporary contract with the possibility to transition into a permanent position.
- Parttime work 24 hours.
- 25 vacation days (on a fulltime basis) per year plus 8.33% holiday allowance.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to a maximum of €13.80 per day.

- Previous experience in logistics or warehouse roles is preferred.
- In posession of a reach truck certification, or willingness to obtain one through our training program.
- Able to speak and write either in the English or Dutch language.
- Team player with a precise, proactive approach to work.
- Parttime availability, including mandatory Friday shifts.
