About the role

At Reckitt, we believe that every purchase we make is an opportunity to drive positive impact on our business, our consumers, and the world around us. As a Legal Counsel within our Global Legal Procurement team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal strategy behind our Direct Procurement function, supporting critical categories such as Raw Materials and Packaging that power our iconic brands.

This is more than a legal role, it’s a chance to be part of a purpose‑led, performance‑driven FTSE 100 company that’s committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. You’ll be at the heart of global procurement operations, providing expert legal guidance, negotiating complex contracts, and enabling strategic supplier partnerships that align with Reckitt’s commercial and ethical standards.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies worldwide, navigating the complexities of international contracting and regulatory frameworks. Your work will help ensure that our procurement decisions are not only legally sound but also commercially smart and socially responsible.

We’re looking for a commercially astute, pragmatic, and collaborative legal professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. If you’re passionate about using your legal expertise to drive business value and make a meaningful impact, Reckitt offers the platform, the people, and the purpose to help you grow.
