About the role

Keepit is on an ambitious global growth journey, and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious sales leader to take the Benelux region to the next level and beyond. Reporting to the SVP Sales for EMEA, Søren Lindkvist, you’ll be responsible for scaling our commercial presence in the region, developing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening our partner-driven approach to the market. This is a key leadership role with real impact—combining strategy, execution, and people development.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead from the front to grow and develop a successful team of sales professionals who are motivated and accountable for results.
  • Based on an indirect sales motion, drive new net revenue through your strategic GTM planning, direction and execution.
  • Ensure a high Net New Retention rate within the current customer base.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive new pipeline activities and ensure a healthy pipeline ratio for all sellers.
  • Foster strong partnerships with regional VARs, MSP, and other relevant partners in Benelux by working in close alignment with our RPMs and our EMEA VP of Channel.
  • Shape the future of the Benelux region and Keepit!
About you
  • Experienced sales leader with a strong track record in building and managing high-performing teams within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of the SaaS landscape (experience with Backup and Restore Services or Cyber Security is a plus) and deep knowledge of the Benelux market.
  • Strong hunter DNA and proven ability to win new business and open new markets.
  • Skilled at creating strong partnerships and long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong tactical hands-on approach to execution and follow-up.
  • Excellent communicator who brings clarity, confidence, and energy to both internal and external conversations.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Based in Amsterdam (hybrid setup).
