You will manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of ~30 electrical and mechanical architects and engineers responsible for engineering and validating the CMS hardware (cabinets, control panels, etc.).
Key Responsibilities- People & Culture: Manage, mentor, and develop the team's talent, driving a delivery-focused culture and overseeing the annual HR cycle (evaluations, development, and career planning).
- Strategy & Process: Define and execute the technical innovation roadmap. Ensure all engineering processes are stable, controlled, and continuously improved across the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management: Proactively manage competence, resource allocation, and planning to match team skills to project needs.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a key interface, cooperating with other engineering departments and stakeholders.
What you need to bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Proven people manager with several years of engineering management experience.
- Strong focus on developing others, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- An entrepreneurial, flexible, and "can-do" approach.
- Experience with cabinet or control panel design is a strong plus.
