At Keter, we're looking for an Parttime Outbound Coordinator who enjoys keeping control over order flows, shipments, and communication with colleagues and partners all over Europe.

As an Outbound Coordinator, you'll ensure orders and deliveries are processed correctly and on time. You coordinate shipments to customers and intercompany locations, keep the order book up to date, and solve issues before they become problems.
Your key responsibilities:
- Enter intercompany orders and maintain the order book.
- Plan and organize trucks for IC deliveries.
- Prepare packing lists and export documentation.
- Handle customs declarations and import instructions.
- Communicate with transport planning and markets about availability, delays, or shortages.
- Work closely with Customer Service to troubleshoot and ensure smooth delivery processes.
You're structured, accurate, and enjoy teamwork. You keep a clear overview, even when things move fast.
You bring:
- MBO+ level of education or similar working experience.
- Experience in order administration and/or logistics coordination is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and preferably ERP systems.
- Fluency in Dutch or English (spoken and written).
- A proactive, service?'oriented and communicative mindset.
