Your role in the journey
As part of the Guest Relations team, you’ll be the go-to person for our guests — ensuring their stay is smooth, personal and memorable. You’ll handle VIP arrivals, respond to reviews, and turn complaints into opportunities to impress.
Your responsibilities include:
Handling the full guest journey for VIP guests: pre-arrival, room assignment, welcome, follow-up, departure and post-stay communication
Being present in public areas to assist guests with requests
Responding to and investigating guest reviews across platforms
Supporting the Front Office during busy check-in/check-out moments
Creating tailor-made solutions for guest complaints
Continuously improving our 5-star service standards
What you’ll bring
