Production worker

Wat je gaat doen As a production worker at Mauser, you’ll be working in a dynamic environment where your contribution is directly visible in the production process. You’ll ensure that our plastic drums meet the highest quality standards and work closely with your team. With your attention to detail, you help ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

You will be part of Mauser’s flexible pool, which means you won’t have a fixed schedule. Instead, you’ll be scheduled flexibly across morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The working hours are:
Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00    

Your responsibilities:

• Inspecting products for quality and identifying any defects
• Assembling components such as caps and lids onto the drums
• Stacking drums and preparing them for shipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• A gross hourly wage of €16.50, excluding a 28% shift allowance
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• A workweek of 24 to 40 hours, depending on your preference
• An 8.33% year-end bonus for extra financial security

• Travel allowance to cover your commuting expenses

• Willing to work in the flexible pool
• Physically fit and accurate in production processes
• Experience in production is a plus, but not required
• Proficient in Dutch or English for communication
• You have your own transport to get to the location
