To make every car handover as smooth and memorable as possible, they're looking for a Delivery Advisor to join their growing operations around Frankfurt.
You will be part of a motivated team that values initiative and care for detail. Every vehicle handover is a statement of quality and professionalism and you'll play a key part in making sure each one lives up to that standard.
You will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their delivery journey. Guiding them through the process, keeping them updated, and making sure they always feel informed and supported. You will also be involved with the inside sales team to optimize the process of the vehicle handover.
As a German delivery advisor you the kind of person who notices details others might miss. You're organised and dependable. You are confident in communicating with customers in both German and English. You enjoy solving problems, keeping track of moving parts, and ensuring everything is perfectly in place before the handover.
