Your tasks
- Coordinate and lead group-wide business development & transformation projects.
- Organise and lead synergy committee meetings around streaming, technology, and data across multiple business units.
- Support the execution of RTL Group's AI Framework in close collaboration with business units and technology partners, ensuring effective adoption and integration of AI initiatives across the Group.
- Steer and collaborate with RTL Group affiliates on diverse cross-country projects and ensure proper implementation.
- Support strategic analyses and presentations for top management and the Board of Directors.
- Support M&A opportunities in line with RTL Group's overall strategy.
- Coordinate market assessments and studies of the competitive environment and participate in the elaboration of qualitative and quantitative analyses (e.g., competitive benchmarks, target analysis, business plans).
- Align with the business development & strategy teams of RTL Group affiliates on innovation and market trends.
Your profile
- University degree (Master or equivalent) in media, business administration, economics, or engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, business development & strategy, preferably in an international context in a consultancy firm or an international corporation in the media sector.
- Strong interest in the media & entertainment sector and AI topics & deployment.
- You are a proactive team player and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at different levels in an organisation.
- Dynamic person with a hands?'on approach, keen and able to create added value not only for Content & Business Development but also for the overall business.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with solid project management skills (e.g. Well?'organised in managing tasks, schedules, and project documentation).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Copilot) and relevant AI tools.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English (CEFR level C2). Other languages, such as French and/or German, are a plus.
