As an Onsite Consultant, you will be the key link between our flex workers and the client. You will work directly at the client’s location, where you ensure smooth planning, guide and support flex workers, and build strong relationships with the client’s management team. What will you do?
- Recruit, select, and onboard new flex workers
- Support and coach flex workers during their employment
- Ensure efficient workforce planning and transport scheduling
- Take care of back-office tasks such as salary payments and creating error-free contracts
- Guarantee qualitative pool management, covering absence, holidays, and performance reviews
- Coordinate recruitment procedures, including scheduling and hosting interviews
- Act as the first point of contact for both the client and the flex workers

Wat wij vragen
- At least an MBO level 4 degree or equivalent working and thinking level
- A valid driver’s license (B)
- A results-driven and commercial mindset
- Strong communication skills, both with flex workers and clients
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Wat wij bieden
- A starting salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week)
