Manpower is looking for multiple Returns Operators for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.

As a Returns Operator you will:

• Process and inspect non-product complaint related customer returns based on visual inspection criteria and exceptions
• Give disposition and process in-house damages or damages from suppliers and forwarders
• Log, investigate, and close return-related issues
• Communicate daily returns data to management
• Forward products to the correct department (Marketing Service, Quality, Inbound, Inventory Control, Rework)
• Process cancelled deliveries and support rework when needed
• Identify and escalate workflow interruptions or product issues
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and returns-related projects
• Handle products according to Quality guidelines
• Ensure compliance with training and certifications
