ProfCore is partnering with a leading international logistics provider in the Venlo region to recruit motivated Warehouse Supervisors. You'll be hired directly by the employer, an established name in the logistics industry. You are working in a modern, largely automated environment.

In a state-of-the-art warehouse spanning over 62,000 m², everything revolves around quality, speed, and efficiency. As an Inbound Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in launching operations for a new fashion client. From day one, you'll bring structure, lead your team, and ensure that all inbound processes run smoothly and effectively. What are the responsibilities?

• You'll lead a team of 50 to 90 employees in the inbound process, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and effectively.
• You'll oversee the planning and management, inspection, and storage to ensure smooth operations.
• You'll lead performance and development conversations within your team, and address absenteeism when needed.
• You'll identify operational bottlenecks and take timely action to resolve them.
• You'll prepare reports and work with KPIs to provide clear insights into team and process performance.
• You'll actively contribute ideas for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• You'll play a key role in the successful onboarding of a new team member in a highly automated warehouse environment.

• You bring experience in a managerial logistics role, ideally within a (partially) automated warehouse environment.
• You have knowledge of inbound processes and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• You thrive on results, communicate with impact and lead by motivating those around you.
• You have completed a higher professional education in logistics or a related field.
