ProfCore is partnering with a leading international logistics provider in the Maastricht region to recruit motivated warehouse supervisor. You'll be hired directly by the employer, an established name in the logistics industry. You are working in a modern, largely automated environment.

You will lead a large team and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, international environment that prioritizes efficiency, safety, and reliability. The company supports global clients, from pharmaceutical firms to high-tech manufacturers. In a modern workspace, you'll join a driven team committed to delivering quality and continuous improvement. What you can expect:

• You will manage a team of 15 to 50 employees on the work floor each day.
• You will monitor the progress of logistics processes and ensure tight planning and execution.
• You will conduct coaching and development conversations with your team members, focusing on performance, growth, and absenteeism.
• You will identify operational deviations and respond quickly with appropriate solutions.
• You will prepare reports with clear KPIs and actionable improvement suggestions.
• You will actively contribute to the start-up of new operations and ensure their smooth integration into existing processes.

• You bring experience in a managerial logistics role, ideally within a (partially) automated warehouse environment.
• You have knowledge of inbound processes and warehouse management systems (WMS) and experience with 3PL.
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• You thrive on results, communicate with impact and lead by motivating those around you.
• You are a someone who shows initiative and sets high standards.
• You have completed a higher professional education in logistics or a related field.
