Truck driver Zwolle

Over de functie As a Truck Driver at DHL eCommerce, you play a key role in ensuring that goods are transported safely and efficiently to business customers. Based in Zwolle, you help keep daily logistics operations running smoothly. You will work alternating afternoon/evening and night shifts, delivering excellent service both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues. Full-time availability (Monday to Friday) is preferred, though a 4-day workweek can be arranged.

What you will do as a Truck Driver:

• 📍 Deliver goods to 10–15 business customers during afternoon-evening shifts.
• 🏢 Collect shipments from customers.
• 🤝 During night shifts, commute mainly between various DHL eCommerce depots.
• 🚛 Independently load and unload your truck using an EPT.
• 🗺️ Plan your own route, taking delivery time slots into account.
• 📓️ Work afternoon-evening and night shifts (schedule determined in consultation).

Working Hours:
🕑 Afternoon-evening shifts: 14:00 – 00:00
🕣 Night shifts: 20:00 – 05:00 Wat bieden we jou 💰 The gross salary ranges from €2,700 to €3,200 per month for full-time employment, depending on experience.
📝 You will receive a temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
🌙 You will receive a bonus of 25% from 8:00 p.m. And 30% from midnight.
🚓 A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer is provided for distances over 5 km one way.
📓️ The working week is between 32 and 40 hours.
🤝 You will follow an extensive induction program under the guidance of a mentor.

• You hold a valid CE driver’s license with Code 95.
• You have a valid tachograph card.
• You are fluent in Dutch or English.
• You are presentable and have a customer-friendly attitude.
• You are able to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• You live within a 40 km radius of Zwolle.
