Your responsibilities at AS Watson include:

• Picking products via a voice-guided system using your pallet truck.
• Building stable pallets and reorganizing them as needed.
• Ensuring production goals are met and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

You can either work fulltime or parttime, and possibility to start at 5PM.

Become part of a close-knit team at AS Watson in Oosterhout. AS Watson is the parent company of popular retail chains such as Kruidvat and Trekpleister. From our Oosterhout location, we supply all Kruidvat stores in Belgium with inventory. We highly value the development and growth of our employees, which is evident in your daily tasks.

Employees often receive permanent contracts from the client and can be trained in various departments. Our warehouse is easily accessible from Tilburg, Breda, Dongen, Raamsdonksveer, Gilze, and Etten-Leur.

• You work accurately, proactively, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
• Available for two shifts (Mon-Sat 6:00 AM-2:00 PM and 2:00 PM-10:00 PM).
• Available at least two Saturdays a month, in the morning or afternoon.
• You have your own transportation and accommodation.

• A gross hourly wage of €15.51 (including ADV allowance up to 35 hours) from age 21.
• A 25% shift allowance from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, amounting to €18.85. (Ploegentoeslag)
• A 30% shift allowance on Saturdays until 6:00 PM, amounting to €19.56.
• No zero-hour contract; you receive a contract with suitable hours. (uren contract)
• Vacation reservation build-up of 8.33% per hour worked. (Vakantie- / verlofdagen)
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.19 per kilometer, starting from 10 kilometers. (Reiskostenvergoeding)
