What You'll Do:
- Welcome our guests with a warm smile and a genuine greeting that feels like a homecoming.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and a touch of flair.
- Use your menu know-how to offer personalized suggestions that delight our guests.
- Keep our dining areas sparkling clean and perfectly set for every guest.
- Work hand-in-hand with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, seamless service.
- Handle payments with precision, making transactions as smooth as our signature cocktails.
- Address guest requests and resolve any hiccups with grace, leaving a lasting positive impression.
- Be the heartbeat of our dining spaces, creating an atmosphere that's always lively and welcoming.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but a can-do attitude and love for service are what matter most.
- Stellar communication skills and the ability to connect with guests from all walks of life.
- A true passion for hospitality and a commitment to going above and beyond for our guests.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without missing a beat.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays-because our guests don't take days off.
- Fluency in English is a must; if you speak Dutch, that's a cherry on top!
