IHCP is now looking for a Reservations Specialist for our IHCP Bookings Office, where you will be responsible for handling all individual reservations for the six hotels in our portfolio together with the Bookings Office Team. With a friendly and professional approach, you ensure that every booking contributes to an outstanding guest experience.
In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues from Sales, Revenue, Meeting & Events, and Front Office, across internationally brands: Marriott, Accor, and Hilton. You combine commercial awareness with strong communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
Your day will consist of
Handle individual guest reservations by phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
Support guests in selecting the right options for their stay, creating a warm and welcoming pre-arrival experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, packages, and loyalty programs to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure reservation details are accurately entered and updated in the system.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Assist with special requests (e.g., room preferences, early check-in/late check-out) to enhance the guest experience.

Have a passion for hospitality.
Have strong communication skills and can speak English fluently (Dutch and/or another European language is a plus).
Have experience with a reservation system (preferably one or more of the following: Opera, OnQ, and Opera Cloud).
Are a team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
