• Prepare metal surfaces for treatment, ensuring they meet high quality standards
• Operate the blasting line with precision to optimize production efficiency
• Apply schoopering techniques to enhance rust resistance and product durability
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to meet client expectations

• A monthly salary between €3400 and €3700 based on a 40-hour workweek, reflecting your skills and experience

Functie-eisen We are looking for a detail-oriented Industrial Blaster with a passion for precision and teamwork. In this role you will help ensure that every metal product meets the highest standards of durability and appearance while working in a modern, supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting, with the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Proficiency in operating overhead cranes is a strong plus and will help you handle large components safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of schoopering techniques is highly advantageous for protecting products against rust and corrosion
• Fluency in Dutch and/or English to communicate clearly with colleagues and follow safety instructions
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to production schedules as needed
