About the Role
Your day begins with a coffee or tea in the break area, followed by teaming up with colleagues to tackle the day’s tasks. No two days are the same! You’ll rotate weekly across three main areas (inbound, outbound, and order picking) keeping your work varied and dynamic. During your onboarding, you’ll get hands-on experience with the products and processes so you can confidently contribute from day one.
Your Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and inspect incoming shipments
- Pick and prepare orders according to order lists
- Pack and unpack products
- Prepare, process, and load outgoing shipments
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, day shifts.

From their Helmond facility, just outside Eindhoven, a committed team of around 50 employees handles logistics, distribution, service, and support across the entire EMEA region.
The location is conveniently accessible by car from nearby cities, including Eindhoven, ’s-Hertogenbosch, Geldrop, Nuenen, Son and Breugel, Veldhoven, Venray, and Uden.
Wie ben je?What we’re looking for:
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
- Strong command of the English language.
- Previous experience in logistics is a plus.
- Energetic and comfortable with physical work, with a focus on safety and organization.
- Relevant certifications, such as an EPT license, are an advantage.
- Living in the vicinity of our European headquarters in Helmond, Netherlands.
- In possession of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and references, or willing to provide them.
Primary Employment Conditions:
- Gross hourly wage of €14.40 (based on experience and skills) for a 40-hour workweek.
- Permanent position with a day shift schedule.
- Start via a Phase A temporary contract through Olympia, with the possibility of a direct contract with our client based on performance.
Secondary Employment Conditions:
- 8.33% holiday allowance, paid annually in June.
- Pension accrual begins after 8 weeks of employment. If you are already accruing a pension through another agency, we will ensure continuity.
- 25 vacation days per year, based on a full-time (40-hour) workweek.
- Travel allowance for distances over 10 km one way.
