We are looking for a Foodie with leadership experience to lead our Swedish Food Market & Bistro team in IKEA Rothenburg.To succeed in this role, we see that you bring:

• Experience from working with food

• Strong analytical skills to maximize commerciality
• Experience of serving customers in a vibrant retail environment
A day in your life with us
There is no day like the other, as you never know what customers you will meet. That's one of the exciting challenges in this role. To be happy as Team Leader, you should enjoy being hands-on with your team, supporting where needed, be it in development talks or on the floor.Besides that, you will:
• Present the IKEA Food range with its width and depth in ways that inspire our visitors and optimise sales
• Ensure that the Swedish Food Market is in excellent shape and fully stocked at all times, always keeping customers in focus
• Motivate and develop your team
• Promote a safety first culture by ensuring that daily work routines are in place and followed in all daily work
